Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility:
Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
Return Period:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges for all eligible returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
Customized or personalized items
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Gift cards or e-gift cards
International Orders:
Please note that all orders placed for international delivery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue store credit for the merchandise value. To process a gift return, please contact our Customer Service team. Proof of purchase is required for gift returns.
In-Store Returns of Online Purchases:
Items purchased online can be returned in-store for store credit.
How to Return Your Product:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack and securely seal the return items, including the original packing slip. Write the RMA number on the outside of each package. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation under Israeli Law: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010-771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981-5771, customers in Israel have the right to cancel a transaction under certain conditions.
