Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers cover return shipping. Customized items, items marked as non-returnable, and gift cards are not eligible for return. International orders are final sale. Gift returns are issued as store credit. Online purchases can be returned in-store for credit. To return a product, contact Customer Service for an RMA number and include the original packing slip.
